This policy explains what data Brixhive Pay ("we", "the Service") collects, why, and what we never collect.
We never ask for or store private keys, seed phrases, or the funds themselves. The Service has no ability to move money out of your wallet or your customers' wallets.

To operate the Service we use infrastructure and data providers, which may process limited technical data on our behalf: hosting and database providers, transactional email providers, and public blockchain data providers such as Etherscan and TronGrid. Blockchain data itself is public by design.
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. The demo version of this site stores invoices and settings in your browser's local storage only. We do not use advertising cookies or third party trackers.
Account and invoice records are kept while your account is active and for as long as required by accounting and tax rules. Technical logs are kept for up to 90 days. You can request deletion of your account data at any time.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Write to info@brixhive.xyz and we will respond within 30 days.
Access to production systems is restricted, secrets are stored outside the codebase, and all traffic is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but because we never hold funds or keys, the impact of a data breach on your assets is structurally limited.
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new date.
