Terms of Use

Last updated: 20 October 2026

These Terms govern your use of Brixhive Pay (the "Service"), a software tool for accepting USDC and USDT payments. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

The Service is software that lets a merchant create invoices, display a payment page with a QR code, detect incoming token transfers on public blockchains, and keep records of those payments.

The Service is not a bank, a payment institution, a money transmitter, a custodian or an exchange. We do not hold, control, route or transfer your funds or your customers' funds. Payments move directly between the payer's wallet and the merchant's wallet on the blockchain. We never have access to private keys.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, and your acceptance of crypto payments, complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Your account

4. Fees and subscriptions

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Current plans and prices are published on the pricing section of the website. Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period. We do not charge a percentage of your transaction volume.

Blockchain network fees are paid by the payer of each transaction and are outside our control.

5. Billing, cancellation and refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected period. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed automatically after cancellation.

Because a subscription unlocks software features immediately, refunds are provided at our discretion. If the Service was unavailable for a significant part of a paid period, contact info@brixhive.xyz and we will issue a proportional credit or refund. Blockchain network fees are never refundable.

6. Blockchain risks

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to receive payments for illegal goods or services, to evade sanctions, to launder money, to commit fraud, or to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe the Service is being used for such purposes.

8. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every transfer will be detected, in particular where blockchains, public APIs or RPC providers are degraded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of digital assets arising from your use of the Service, including losses caused by sending funds to an incorrect address or network. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, for legal reasons, or if required by a payment or infrastructure provider.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Service is established. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence may still apply.
